Meir Adoni

Meir Adoni

Adoni is a gentleman of creation: a fact proven by his five restaurants (Nur, Catit, Mizlala, BlueSky and Lumina), his participation in live television shows, writing books, creating apps and his becoming a worldwide renown culinary lecturer. Chef Meir Adoni is known for his incredible role on “Mentor Chef” and more recently "Bake-Off Israel," one of the biggest cooking reality shows in the world.

Eyal Shani

Eyal Shani

Chef Eyal Shani was born in Jerusalem in 1959. In 1989 he opened his first restaurant "Oceanus" in his home town of Jerusalem. Since opening "Salon" in Tel Aviv, Shani has been the force behind twelve highly successful restaurants. He is considered to be one of the leading figures in the Israeli culinary scene, starring in the TV series "Food for Thought" and appearing on the panel of judges during six seasons of Israel's "Master Chef." In 2011, the first Miznon opened in Tel Aviv, followed by locations in Paris, Vienna, Melbourne and in 2018, the first US Miznon opened in NYC.

The acclaimed chef has traveled the world on behalf of the Foreign Ministry, catering gala events for dignitaries to showcase the dynamic culinary side of Israeli life. Angola, Croatia, Japan, Brazil and Spain are just a few of the places Chef Ben Aderet has traveled to, changing the hearts and minds of people with his beautiful food.

Golan Gurfinkel is the resident chef at Dallal, one of Israel’s most well known restaurants located in Tel Aviv. Voted one of the best restaurants by Timeout Magazine, Dallal attracts customers from all over the world. Gurfinkel’s food is loved by all and his classic touch is what brings customers back over and over again.

Dudi Asraf

Dudi Asraf

Chef Asraf is the Executive Chef of the "Maccabia Village" in Israel, and has acted as head chef for several hotels in Haifa, Herzliya and the Dead Sea. Asraf was heavily involved in the exclusive Double Tree Banquet Hall opening in the Hilton Grand hotel, and acted as lead consultant for kosher restaurants in Miami. Chef Asraf also worked as the head chef at the Crowne Plaza Jerusalem.

Zammy Shraiber

Zammy Shraiber

Chef Zammy Schreiber is the third generation owner of "Sender" an Eastern European traditional kosher Restaurant located in South Tel Aviv's hip Lewinsky Market district. The restaurant was first opened with the birth of the state of Israel in 1948 by Zammy's grandfather, and has evolved into an much-cherished establishment.

Anne Conness

Anne Conness

Chef Anne Conness’ is the Chef Partner at LA’s newly launched restaurant, Jaffa, and El Segundo’s Sausal. Her career has taken her from television production, to cooking, to chef partnerships, and now to Jaffa. In 2007, Conness partnered with Mike Simms to open Tin Roof Bistro in Manhattan Beach and their Craft-Beer-and- Burger joint, Simmzy’s, both which were instant hits, earning accolades from Gourmet Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine, Bon Appètit Magazine, the Los Angeles Times, and LA Weekly.

Santos Navarro

Santos Navarro

Chef Santos Navarro is deeply inspired by Israeli cuisine and is the Executive Chef at LA’s newly launched restaurant Jaffa. Chef Santos was the executive chef of famed restaurant Tin Roof Bistro in Manhattan Beach. Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, Santos is a well-known and highly respected chef in the L.A. scene, everybody knows Santos! Chef Santos has won the “Best New Chefs” award by Food & Wine Magazine, and worked closely with esteemed chefs Jose Noel and Eric Klein.

Starting his career at a very young age, he later began to perfect his culinary artistry at upscale restaurants in around the world, combining new and improved culinary ideas and combinations. Chef Mitchell is the Executive Chef and Partner at Lower 48 by Malcolm Mitchell, and was Partner & Executive Chef of Ryder's Gastropub, The Kitchen Market and Butchers Hill Society. Mitchell brought the heart and soul to Season 8 of Food Network Star as a Finalist, and was voted Most Cockiest Competitor! Malcolm showed off his talents on Beat Bobby Flay and NTDTV's Celebrity Chef Chinese Competition, and is the author of "Taste" a cookbook calendar.

Chef Weinblut is the force behind La Gondola, Beverly Hills, one of the best kosher restaurants on the entire West Coast. He has always had a deep passion for outstanding foods and dishes, and believes if we can’t get people to agree through politics, we will feed them until they all agree!

Tomer Blechman

Tomer Blechman

Israeli-born Chef and Owner of Miss Ada NYC, Tomer Blechman moved to New York 12 years ago, and found his passion for cooking by adopting the philosophy of healing through food. Upon receiving his degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Blechman began working with Gramercy Tavern cooking under Executive Chef Michael Anthony. He has staged at Union Square Hospitality’s Maialino, Lupa, Cookshop and Bar Bolonat.

Their halva is made with select ingredients, to both honor its origins and celebrate its possibilities. Hebel & Co. halva is handmade and can be found on select menus, in markets, and online.​

Uzi Wizman

Uzi Wizman

Chef Uzi Wizman is from Haifa and was raised in his mother’s Moroccan kitchen, but received his culinary education from different chefs and kitchens across the globe. Upon arriving in Los Angeles, Chef Wizman’s deep passion for the Japanese kitchen secured him an internship in Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s kitchen. Today, he is the owner and chef of PSY Street Kitchen, a new kosher Israeli burger joint in Sherman Oaks to fulfill his dream of exposing Los Angeles to modern Israeli cuisine with a twist.

My World on a Plate's Executive Chef and CEO Keven A. Lee, a.k.a. "Cheven" is an internationally recognized culinary mastermind. Cheven has been the chef for the famous Hotel Del Coronado at the Prince of Whales Restaurant, the Executive Chef at La Chandelle in Lake Las Vegas, and Celebrated Chef of the mobile four star renowned restaurant Lutece. His career took him to Costa Rica where he became the Director of Culinary Operations at the Sanctuary Resort and Spa, and upon his return to the US he took on the role of Corporate Executive Chef for Syndicate Hospitality and Velvet Rope Events.
